All orders will be fulfilled first come, first served.

Our order fulfillment schedule will be determined by demand and availability. This is our first time at BookCon, so it's difficult to predict how many orders we'll receive here. We are a small business, and will fulfill orders to the very best of our abilities. We will post frequent updates for BookCon customers on this page.

Buy five (5) or More Open Book Chocolates Bars, Get a FREE Special Gift!

When you buy five or more Open Book Chocolates bars, you will receive (shipped to you in your order) a special gift. This gift will be an exclusive, newly designed pouch with our slogan “Read Books, Eat Chocolates.” It will be the perfect size to fit our bars and your reading accessories like pens, bookmarks, and more. This gift will be automatically included with any Open Book Chocolates orders of five or more chocolate bars (while supplies last). 

Please Note:

• In compliance with Javits Center rules, we are unable to sell physical chocolate bars at BookCon.

• At BookCon, we are handing out chocolate samples (while supplies last) and taking chocolate bar orders that will be shipped to you after the event.

• Please place your order via our tablet kiosks or on your phone via our dedicated BookCon online store. This store can be reached through the QR code printed on our business cards and menus, or via the following link: openbookchocolates.square.site.

• We ship to all fifty states. United States addresses only.

• In the case of hot weather, we always include complimentary ice packs and insulated packing materials in our orders.

• In the event that our dedicated BookCon online store is not working, please place your order via openbookchocolates.com/shop. If you are not attending BookCon, please use our main online store.

Estimated Timeline:

Saturday, April 18th through Sunday, April 19th, 2026: Open Book Chocolates is accepting orders from BookCon attendees.

Post-BookCon, we will begin sending out orders in the following order:

• May 2026: Orders Number 1 through 100.

• June 2026: Orders Number 101 through 200.

• July 2026: Orders Number 201 through 300.

• August 2026: Orders Number 301 through 400.

• September 2026: Orders Number 401 through 500.

• October 2026: Orders Number 501 through 600.

• November 2026: Orders Number 601 through 700.

• December 2026: Orders Number 701 through 800.

This timeline is subject to change. We will update it once we know how many BookCon orders total we’ve received.
