Our The Raven chocolate bar is inspired by the “velvet violet lining” of Edgar Allan Poe’s poem. The narrator laments the death of his beloved Lenore. Everything around him reminds him of her. In his sorrow, he sits upon a violet cushion where Lenore once sat. Violet is Lenore’s color, scent, and soul.
